Work ethics

What is it about the people who do best in their job or career?

The answer is usually that they've got the right work ethic. That is, they always want to do their best. They make sure they do the right thing: for them, their team, their employer and their customers.

This could be you. All you need is the determination, and the right skills and qualities. So what will you put into your work? What will you get from it? It's your choice.

I think it's important that you do your best 'cause if you're working for a company they want to know that working for them you can bring the best to that company.Hard work and determination, if you have those two things then you can do anything you want to do in life.Trying to work to the best of your ability like challenging yourself all the time and just keep working.Always trying your hardest, never doing anything like half and half, just making sure that whatever you do is to the best of your ability.It takes a lot of determination to never give up on a business 'cause you are going to have some set-backs, so if you have the determination to carry on and never give up.If I work for it all, I'll succeed at it.Work ethic I think is a very personal thing, but I do think that you have to be - in order to work well, I think you have to be in a place that you like to be and so part of enjoying where you are is having a loyalty to the company you work for and believing in the job that you do, and whether it be that you sell something or, you know, you're maintaining something, an after sales thing, that you believe in it and you want it to work and you yourself are doing the best you can.
