A dinner for 100 guests

You're the owners of a successful new café, and you've just branched out into catering for special events.

You've been invited to tender for a special sit-down dinner for 100 guests. You must work out what food and drinks you'll serve, how you'll decorate the room and what entertainment to provide.

 

Before you start, open and |share| your brief. With all this to do you'll need to work as a team, so your first task is to decide who will take on each role. Explore each role description and responsibilities and use the personality quiz to assign them in your team.
